First things first, don't be nervous. Buying or Selling a home is a big undertaking! Especially if it's your first time. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your Real Estate needs and I can answer any questions you have.

I will make recommendations on things that I think will help in the sale if your home like minor repairs, staging etc. I will also do a Comparative Market Analysis for your home, so you can see market trends and pricing in your area.

Timelines depend on many factors, but I generally recommend 3 months before you're ready to make the move. That gives you time to find the perfect home, and get financing in place.
